Hexagonal drive fixed thread wood furniture screws are a special fastener designed for wooden furniture. They are composed of three parts: a hexagonal drive head, a self-tapping threaded rod, and an insert nut. The hexagonal head adopts an internal hexagonal or external hexagonal design, which is convenient for high-torque tightening using a hexagonal wrench; the threaded part adopts a wood tooth self-tapping design with a sharp tip and deep thread groove, which can easily cut into the wood and form a firm connection; the insert nut is usually made of zinc alloy or stainless steel, with a built-in anti-loosening structure, which can be embedded in the wood to provide long-lasting and stable support. This combination design is particularly suitable for repeated disassembly and assembly of furniture and reinforcement and repair of load-bearing parts
