High-strength nuts use special heat treatment processes and defect-free process technology to improve the fatigue resistance of connectors and ensure the safe operation of wind turbines.
4. Corrosion resistance Wind turbines and wind towers work in marine environments for a long time, facing severe corrosion and oxidation environments. Traditional connectors are easily corroded and oxidized by seawater, while high-strength bolts are made of high-strength steel and special anti-corrosion coatings, which can effectively resist corrosion and oxidation by seawater and extend the service life of connectors.
