This self-locking insert rivet nut elegantly merges the latest in riveting technology with an advanced self-locking mechanism. It boasts a robust metal shell crafted from premium carbon steel or stainless steel, coupled with a durable nylon ring or expertly engineered deformed thread. Key structural features include precisely embossed teeth, expertly crafted guide grooves, and cutting-edge self-locking components like nylon inserts or metal thread deformation zones. When the teeth are seamlessly pressed into the pre-set holes of a thin plate, slightly smaller than the nut's outer diameter, using a riveting machine, the plate material undergoes plastic deformation, embedding itself perfectly into the guide groove to achieve a superior mechanical lock.
